摘要
开展系统的出院病人追踪调查,是医院管理中有效的新举措。上海公利医院从2003年至2007年对55049位出院病人有效回访资料显示,系统规范的出院病人追踪调查是医患沟通的重要平台、医院持续质量改进的重要抓手、提高医院管理效率的重要途径。
To develop systematic telephone follow up for discharged patient was an effective measure of hospital management. Effective dada of 55049 cases telephone follow up for discharged patients in 2003-2007 had shown that telephone following up was an important platform for hospital patient relations. And it was an important way for continues medical quality and hospital management efficiency promotion.
