摘要
提出了一种基于ＲＳＡ的概率加密方案，并讨论了这一方案的安全性和信息扩展率．
A new probabilistic encryption scheme, based on RSA system, is constructed. The security and information extension rate of the scheme are discussed. Also a kind of fast public key cryptosystem PKCY, presented in , is analyzed and simplifing attacked.
