Construction of harmonious development system on campus based on sustainable development——Taking Xuchang University as an example

校园和谐发展系统(HDS)是由自然、社会、文化等方面相互作用、相互影响共同组成的"自然—社会—文化"系统,是包括要素子系统、环境系统、调控系统及目标子系统在内四位一体的和谐发展系统。校园和谐发展是区域系统不断协调、组织与完善的过程,具体应做到以下几点:确定全面发展的和谐校园发展目标;坚持以人为本积极推行依法治校;实现资源互补,促进部门协调优化;构建和谐的校园文化,提高师生道德水平。

Harmonious development system on campus is a jointly composed system of nature-society-culture as a result of the interaction of nature,society and culture. It is a system composed of element subsystem,environment system ,regulation system and target subsystem. Campus harmonious development is a process of regional system＇ s continual coordination, organization and improvement. We should carry it out as follows ： determining the goal for all-sided harmonious developmet on campus,sticking to human-oriented concept and promoting forcefully school-running by law, realizing resource complementarity and strengthening departments＇ coordination and optimization, constructing harmonious campus culture and improving teachers and students＇ moral level.
