摘要
本文结合我国建筑园区的特点及电力部门对电力管理的现状,提出了一种基于CAN总线的电能计量管理系统。本系统是有采集终端、中继器、CAN/RS-232转换单元和上位机数据库管理等组成的网络系统,本文较详细地介绍了采集终端、中继器及协议转换单元的软硬件设计和基于VB开发的上位机管理系统。设计了一种能利用CAN总线传输,同时具有机械式仪表和电子式仪表的优点且具有智能保护功能的电能计量单元。
Considering to the features of the building area and the status of power dept management in China, the paper puts forward a new management & metering system of electrical energy that based on CAN bus. The system contains acquisition terminal, repeater, CAN/RS-232 exchange unit and PC database management. The paper introduces the details of software & hardware design, and a management system developed on Visual Basic. An energy metering model which can use CAN bus to transmit and has the advantages of mechanical meters, electronic instruments as well as smart protection function is designed.
