在新的历史发展阶段,作为领导干部要站在时代的高度,对解放思想给予深刻的理性思考,要坚持以人为本,和谐发展,坚定不移地走中国特色社会主义道路。
At the new historical stage of development, leading cadres should give rational thought on mind emancipation at the height of times. This article holds that putting people first and harmonious development should be carried out and the socialist road with Chinese characteristics should be taken unswervingly.
