Tianjin Should be a Pioneer in the Constrction of Base City of Service Outsourcing

21世纪,国际产业结构新一轮转移中的服务外包成为一种新兴产业。天津作为全国十个服务外包基地城市,如何加快现代服务业发展、加快国际服务外包企业引进、加快服务外包企业的产业升级成为天津市新的经济发展点。

Along with the economic globolization in the 21st century, Service Outsourcing has become a newly-boomed industry in the new round of international industrial transfer. Tianjin was awarded the title of one of ten ＂Base City of Service Outsourcing＂ in 2006. As a result, such questions as how to accelerate the development of modern service industry, how to quiken the introduction of service out-sourcing enterprises, and how to speed up the industrial upgrading of Tianjin outsourcing enterprieses have become hot issues. This paper gives some thoughts on the opportunities, advantages and personnel training of Tianjin Service Outsourcing Industry.
