摘要
"软实力"就是由非物质文化形成的"吸引力"、"感召力"、"凝聚力"、"影响力",是国家或地区综合实力的一臂。站在这个高度上看提升塘沽文化内涵和文化品牌,也就是打造和强化塘沽的"软实力"战略、"吸引力"战略。是做大做强滨海新区综合实力的历史使命使然。"软实力"给文化注入新精神,也拓开了人们思考世界和区域发展的新思维、新视野。城市文化内涵发展本质是优秀的城市精神和核心价值观体系。
Soft power is the power of "attraction", "impelling", "cohesion" and "affection" which are formed by immaterial culture. It's an important part of national or regional comprehensive force. From this viewpoint, to promote the cultural connotation and brand of Tanggu is to build and strengthen the strategy of "soft power" and "attractive force" of Tanggu and that is the inevitable result caused by the historical mission of promoting the comprehensive power of Binhai New Area bigger and stronger. "Soft power" brings new spirit into culture. It also open the new idea of people to think the world and regional development. The development nature of urban cultural connotation is the excellent city spirit and core value outlook system.
