物流是天津"十一五"期间重点发展的产业,虽然有各种强有力的政策支持,天津物流业仍然面临着物流信息人才缺乏,影响物流企业的快速发展。立足于天津,探讨物流业对信息人才的需求和如何培养物流信息人才,不仅对天津的物流业,而且对全国的物流业都具有重要的现实意义。

Logistics is a major developing industry in the 11^th Five-Year Plan of Tianjin, Although supported potently by various polices,the logistics in Tianjin still has a problem with lacking of talents, which influences the rapid developement of it. This article explores the demands for talents in Tianjin logistics and the way how to educate information talents, which have a great significance not on- ly for Tanjin but also for all over the country.
