摘要
网络时代电子商务的飞速发展对个人隐私权安全性产生了巨大冲击。网络隐私权因其具有经济价值而向着其财产权性质方面着力发挥。我国对网络隐私权的保护基础薄弱,有待于发展和完善。当前应以行业自律为主进行隐私权的保护。
The rapid development of E- business in the age of internet brin security of privacy rights. The network privacy right is more and more tending to gs th great impact on the e nature of property right because of its economic value. Our country＇s foundation of network privacy right protection is lacking and is urgent to be developed and improved. Under current situation the privacy right protection should mainly depend on self-discipline of industry.
