摘要
提出了设计电流模式n阶OTA-C滤波器的新方法:使用单端输入、双端输出的电流放大器及单端输入、三端输出的电流积分器对n阶电流传递函数的信号流图进行综合,可实现n阶低通、高通。
A new technique for currentmode nth order OTAC filter is presented, in which a currentmode amplifier with two outputs and currentmode integrators with three outputs are employed to synthesize the signal flow graph of the current nth order transfer function,in order to realize nthorder lowpass,bandpass and other filters. The design technique for the device is described and an example is given to illustrate the novel technique.
