摘要
针对目前国内厂家生产的复费率电能表中普遍存在的电池失压现象,对以超级电容替代电池的方案进行了研究。结合当今低功耗领域内的几项技术,重点解决了备用状态下时钟电路的低功耗问题,实现了电容电压下降至2.5V时电流消耗低于300nA的要求。
