摘要
叙述了程控交换机集中监控管理的必要性和可行性，设计了监控系统的硬件网络拓扑结构和应用软件模块，给出了系统所能完成的功能。
This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of centralized monitoring control and management system for SPC exchanges. The hardware network architecture and the application software module are designed. The system function is also given.
