疝环充填式无张力疝修补术相关技术探讨

The Technique of Mesh and Plug Hernia Repair in Inguinal Hernia

目的：探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的相关技术。方法：采用疝环充填式补片对125例腹股沟疝患者施行无张力疝修补术135例次，观察手术时间、手术并发症、术后复发率。结果：手术经过均顺利，平均手术时间为38．5min。术后并发症发生率5．2％，其中切口积液（浆液肿）2例、伤口感染1例、伤口下硬结1例、阴囊水肿1例、伤口部位疼痛不适或异物感2例；随访28-43个月，复发2例（1．5％）。结论：提高疝环充填式无张力疝修补术技术可简便操作，减少并发症，降低复发率。

Objective：To explore the technique of mesh and plug hernia repair m inguinal hernia. Methods：Mesh anti plug nernia repair was administered in 125 patients of inguinal hernia with the mesh and plug. The operation time, complications and recurrence were observed. Results： All the operative procedures were performed smoothly; the average operation time was 38.5 minutes. The recurrence and comptication rates were very low, one patient had wound infection, and two patients had recurrence. Conclusion： To improve the technique of mesh and plug hernia repair can quick recovery and low recurrence.
