摘要
文章研究了水浸提黑果枸杞果实多糖的前处理条件,即温度、固液配比和时间对低分子糖去除效果的影响,确定了80%乙醇前处理除去低分子糖的实验条件:提取温度为70℃,固液配比为1:8,提取时间为40min。
This paper is a research on the extraction of Lycium rcthenicum fruit polysaccharide using water solution, including the effects of extraction temperature, the ratio of solid and the liquid and extraction time of saccharide. The optimum conditions are; extraction temperature 70℃, ratio of solid and liquid 1 ;8 and extraction time 40 min.
