摘要 儿童淋巴系统恶性肿瘤主要包括急性淋巴细胞性白血病(ALL)和淋巴瘤。ALL可发生类似淋巴瘤的局部浸润,而淋巴瘤易发生类似ALL样的骨髓转移,因此给临床医师的诊断和治疗造成了一定的难度,现从淋巴细胞的不同发育成熟阶段恶性转化后形成的不同临床类型肿瘤的角度出发,讨论其相应的形态、免疫表型和融合基因特征及二者的鉴别诊断及相应的治疗差异。
