摘要
对湖南菌种站长期保存的大批根霉菌种产糖化酶性能进行测评,有针对性地选择了43株根霉菌进行产糖化酶活性能力的筛选。结果表明,HNCC 6.197(台湾根霉)、HNCC 6.246(日本根霉)、HNCC 6.195(华根霉)产糖化酶活力最高,分别达1248 U/g、1214U/g、1158U/g。
The glucoamylase-producing capability of Rhizopus strains conserved in Hunan Culture Center (HNCC) was evaluated in this study. Forty-three Rhizopus sWains were selected for the determination of glucoamylase activity. The results indicated that the gluenarnylase activity of Rhizopus formosensis HNCC 6.197, Rhizopus japonicus HNCC 6.246 and Rhizopus chinensis HNCC 6.195 were the highest, which reached 1248 U/g, 1214 U/g and 1158 U/g respectively
