摘要
以甜高粱秸秆为原料,采用固态发酵工艺,对3株酵母菌进行了不同温度、pH值和不同接种量的比较试验。选出适于甜高粱秸秆发酵的优良菌株No.1,其最佳发酵条件为温度36℃,pH5.0,接种量1.0mL/g,发酵周期为24h。
Using sweet sorghum stalk as material in solid-state fermentation, the fermentation temperature, pH and inoculum volume of three yeast strains were compared. The results showed that strain No. 1 performed best in fermentation. The optimal fermentation conditions for No. 1 strain were: the temperature 36 ℃, pH 5.0, inoculum volume 1.0 ml/g, and fermentation time 24 h.
