摘要
未来高性能计算机网络上分布多媒体应用的一个重要需求是多媒体同步通信。当前的同步通信研究更多的是基于传统通信协议,所提出的模型和算法都有一定的局限性和不足。因此本文提出了一套完整的基于时间Petri网的同步通信模型及算法。
A significant requirement of future distributed multimedia applications on high performance computer networks is multimedia synchronization communication.The resent studies of the synchronization communication are almost upon the conventional protocols.The proposed models and algorithms have some limitations and shortages.So this paper offers an integrated set of models and algorithms based on timed Petri net for the multimedia synchronization communication.The example demonstrates that the formal scheme composed by these models and algorithms for multimedia synchronization communication can meet the requirements of multimedia synchronization communications of the distributed multimedia applications effectively.
