摘要
马钢第一钢轧总厂在开发冶炼超低硫品种钢时要求实现转炉终点出钢w(S)<0.010%目标。该厂通过对铁水镁脱硫采用新技术、新材料和优化措施,取得脱硫率大于90%,回硫低,吨铁扒损小于28 kg,温降小于26℃,脱硫周期小于35 min,以及喷枪、渣耙寿命提高等效果,实现了铁水镁脱硫的高效化,满足了洁净钢生产的需要。
New technologies, new materials and optimization used on HM desulphurization was discussed to reach the target of w(s) of less than 0. 01%at blowing end, while No 1 steel-making and rolling plant producing ultra low sulphur steel grade. The desulphurization rate was more than 90%, the loss of HM was less than 28 kg/t HM, the temperature drop was less than 26℃, the desulphurization cycle was less than 35 min, and got the result of low sulphur return, high blowing lance and harrow life. The high efficient desulphurization was realized and satisfied the requirement of clean steel production.
