装用滚动轴承的大中型电动机如果有漏电流,轴承的使用寿命就会极大缩短,有的运行1-2个月,有的运行几天甚至几小时便出现轴承温度升高、振动和噪声增大。通过对某大型电动机轴承的故障检测及分析,提出了相应改进措施。

If leakage current existence, the life of rolling bearings used motor is extremely short, companying with a high temperature rise, vibration and noise. The mechanical fault of some large motor bearings are detected and analyzed, the corresponding improvement is proposed.
