试论小儿变蒸学说

Discussiong on The Pediatric Thought of Syndrome Differentiation

目的:探讨从古到今小儿变蒸学说的具体内涵及现实意义,为发展小儿变蒸学说的临床价值作出探索。方法:对《小儿药证直诀》等前人著作中关于小儿变蒸学说的内容进行归纳总结,与现代国内外关于小儿生长发育的枢纽龄等内容进行比较而进行分析。结论:变蒸学说的重要作用是古代医家研究小儿身心发育的阶段性变化规律,从变蒸的本质看完全符合小儿从出生到岁半的生理进程。与现代医学相同,变蒸学说不仅仅表现在变蒸的时期有没有定时发热的现象,而更多地表现了儿童从量变到质变的生理过程。临床上应与其他疾病分别论治。

Aim：Probe into the concrete intension and practical significance of the theory of Children＇s BianZheng （变蒸）from ancient times to the present,make contributions to the clinical value of improving the theory of Children＇s BianZheng. Approach：Sum up the contents about the theo- ry of the Children＇s BianZheng in the book Powerful Solutions to the Children＇s Illness（小儿药证直决）or other books written by our predecessors Compared with the contents about the pivot age during the children＇s growth, analyse them. Conclusion：The important use of Children＇s BianZheng is that ancient doctors studied the changeable law in the course of the Children＇s growth. In the opinion of the nature of BianZheng, it accords with the Children＇s growth process from their birth to their half age. It＇s the same with modern medical science. The theory not only shows the phenomenon whether there is regular time for the Children＇s heat attack in the course of BianZheng, but also displays the Children＇s growth process from quantitative change to qualitative change. In the symptom and other different diseases must be given different treatments in clinical medicine.
