摘要
本文利用SUPER SAP程序对CYB-YB-F(B、D)型应变传感器进行有限元计算,给出该型传感器的变形规律,指出应变片粘贴的最佳位置,以及该传感器的自振频率,并和实验结果进行比较。结果表明:用有限元计算方法,能使弹性元件的结构更为合理,对改进传感器的性能具有重要的指导意义。
The CYB-YB-F(B、D) type strain sensor was calculated by finite element method applied with the procedure of SUPER SAP, in this pwpaer, the deformed law was given, the best site of strain flat pasted was pointed out and vibration frequency was given out; The result was compared with these were obtained by experiment method. It indicated; using the calculation method of FEM, could make the structure of elasticity element more suitable, and it was important for improving properties of this type of sensor.
