双氧水对牛肝脏B超影像效果的研究

摘要 为探讨双氧水对牛肝脏B超影像的效果,以广西本地黄牛为试验动物,分别对在自然条件下和静脉注射0.5%、1.0%、1.5%浓度的双氧水的牛肝脏B超造影效果进行比较,结果表明,使用双氧水造影探查牛的肝脏,声像图肝实质、肝静脉壁、膈肌回声增强,影像对比度强,显影更清楚,提高了诊断的准确性,其中以1.0%浓度双氧水下的影像效果最好,1.5%双氧水下效果次之。 In order to discuss the effects of hydrogen peroxide on B-ultrasound image of cattle liver, the native yellow cattle of Guangxi was used as the experimental material, and the B-ultrasound image of liver under natural condition and treated with 0. 5%, 1.0%, and 1.5% of hydrogen peroxide by intravenous injection were scanned, respectively. The results showed that through using hydrogen peroxide, the ultrasonogram of liver was solid, the echo of liver vein wall and diaphragm muscle was strengthened, the image contrast was strong, and the development was clearer, the diagnose accuracy of liver was improved. Among the three concentrations of hydrogen peroxide, the development effect of 1.0% hydrogen peroxide was the best, and then was 1.5% hydrogen peroxide.
