原位TiC粒子在金属材料中的应用研究进展

摘要 介绍了TiC的结构特征和性能特点,综述了制备原位TiC粒子增强金属基复合材料合成的主要方法及其优缺点,分析了TiC粒子的晶粒细化作用及研究现状,指出了目前原位TiC粒子在金属材料的应用中尚存在的问题及其今后的发展研究方向。 The characteristic and properties of TiC were introduced. The methods to fabricate in-situ TiC particulate rein forced metal matrix composites and their advantages and disadvantages were reviewed in the paper. The grain refining effect of TiC particles and its researching states were analyzed too. The existing problems that TiCp was used to metal material field at the present were pointed out and the trends of development were predicted.
