钨基复合材料的微观本构研究

摘要 钨基复合材料微观特性与宏观性能的差别一直大家研究的焦点,本文为了弄清钨基复合材料微宏观的关系,通过纳米压痕实验测出材料的微观硬度与模量,再根据宏观实验的结果推算出材料的微观本构,以此本构代入计算模拟纳米压痕实验,以验证本构的正确性。通过计算与实验的比较,证明了微观本构的正确。为今后找寻宏观力学行为与微观结构的关系奠定了基础。 The differences between micro-properties and macro-properties are researcher's research foucs. In this paper we test the hardness and elastic modulus of micro-structure of WHA by nanoindentation method ,and cipher out the strain hardening laws of micro-structure of WHA through the results of macro-experiment. This law allows us to simulate the nanoindentation experiment ,compare the results of the simulation and the experiment to improve the validity of the law, which establishes the foundation for the relationship between macro-mechanics properties and micro-structure .
