摘要
多种手段的显微结构研究显示,T250马氏体时效钢在时效过程受到晶粒尺寸的影响。时效析出细小的弥散相起到沉淀强化作用,同时产生的逆转奥氏体以膜片状分布在晶界和亚晶界起到明显的软化作用,这些组织结构特征是材料的强韧性和晶粒尺寸关系不明显的原因。
The microstructure observation of T250 maraging steel implied that the ageing process influenced by granular size obviously. With strengthening by dispersive rod-shape precipitates, the formation of reversed austenite in plate shape distributing in grain boundary and lathes has a great deal contribution on toughness. This probably is the microstructure reason why both of the strength and toughness of T250 maraging steel is not influenced markedly by the prior austenite granular size.
