Zn及热处理工艺对Al-Li合金组织与性能的影响

摘要 研究了Zn及时效工艺(T6、T8)对高Cu/Li比Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Ag-Zr合金组织与性能的影响,结果表明:添加少量Zn除能促进合金主要强化相T1、θ’等析出相数量增加和弥散分布外,而且还有球形颗粒状含Zn相的析出,从而使合金强度提高;但Zn的加入使合金塑性有所下降。 The effects of aging treatment (T6 .T8) and small additions of Zn on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high Cu/Li ratio Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Ag-Zr alloy have been studied by tensile test and TEM observations. The result has shown, the small addition of Zn to high Cu/Li ratio Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Ag-Zr alloy promote T1 and θ' precipitation smaller and more dispersively, and can form spherular phase containing Zn. So the addition of Zn raises strength of the alloy notably. But the small addition of Zn has unfavourable effect on the ductility of the alloy.
