农话程控交换机集中操作管理维护系统

Centralized Operation Administration and Maintenance systems in rural SPC exchanges

介绍了农村电话网程控交换机集中操作管理维护（ＣＯＡＭ）系统的设计和实现。该系统专用的数字链路板采用了ＳＳ７规范消息传递部分（ＭＴＰ）和数据链路连接控制部分（ＳＣＣＰ）最新技术，操作维护中心的ＣＯＡＭ功能采用了计算机局域网络技术。梅里斯邮电局开通该系统后，农话网监控自动化初步形成，程控维护向“无人值守、集中监控”方向迈出了可喜的一步，促进了农村交换点的建设和发展。

The design and realization of Centralized Operation Administration and Maintenance(COAM) systems of SPC exchanges in a rural telephone networks are presented, The new technologies in both Message Transfer Part(MTP) and Singnaling Connection Control Part(SCCP) of SS7 protocol are used in the data link board. Computer LAN techniques are applied in the COAM function of operation and maintenance centre.After the system has been set up in Meilisi post and telecommunication office, automatic control and monitoring in the rural local telephone networks are basically realized.Therefore SPC systems towards “unattended and centralized maintenauce” have been made in the first step. The construction and development of all rural exchanges are promoted in Meilisi.
