摘要
以甲醛、苯酚为原料,盐酸为强酸催化剂、醋酸锌为弱酸盐催化剂,采用分段聚合方式,合成了聚合速度30-40s、软化点85~95℃的速聚型热塑性酚醛树脂。树脂的热塑性质和邻位、对位结构通过DSC、FT—IR确证。树脂的热稳定性通过TG测定。
Fast curing novolaks was prepared using HCI and zinc acetate as catalyst through two step manner, cure time of novolaks were range from 30 to 40 s and softening point range from 80℃ to 90℃. The structure of novolaks was characterized by DSC and FT-IR. Thermal stability of the resin was characterized by TG.
