乙烯利处理采后枣果,可促进枣果后熟转红和鲜果品质的改善,使果肉中V-C、糖含量增加,酸度降低。
CEPA treatment can promote the ripening of fresh fruit to turn red and improve the quality of jujube fruit. The content of Vc amd sugar are increased, acid is decreased.
