摘要
通过大蒜多糖(GPA)对四氯化碳(CCl4)致肝炎模型小鼠血清和肝组织中谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)的影响,以探讨大蒜多糖对小鼠肝脏组织的保护作用.采用CCl4灌胃建立小鼠化学性肝炎模型,用大蒜多糖对肝炎模型小鼠进行治疗,7 d后眼眶采血,取肝组织,赖氏法测定血清和肝组织匀浆中GPT和GOT的活力.结果表明:大蒜多糖能明显降低肝炎模型小鼠血清和肝组织中的GPT和GOT活力,说明大蒜多糖对急性化学性肝炎具有抗炎保肝作用.
The glutamic-oxalaeetie transaminase (GOT) and glutamic-pyurie transaminase (GPT) were studied (GPA) were tr in serum and liver of mice injured by CCl4, to ag eat taken out liver were nvestigate the protection of garlic polysaccharide ainst the hepatitis. Mouse chemical hepatitis model was established by gavage CCI~ ,and the mice ed by different concentrations of GPA,after seven days, all mice were killed, the tissue was from the bodies and the serum out from eyes, the activities of the GOT and GPT in serum and tested by Reite's method. The results showed that the garlic polysaccharide could decline the activities of GOT and GPT in serum and liver tissue, and had effects of prevention and treatment on acute chemical hepatitis,
