摘要
在温度(27±1)℃和光照12L:12D的条件下,用PD培养液对四脊裸胞壳(Emericella quadriclineata(Thom&Raper)Bejami)Dh菌株进行液体振荡培养(100r/min),测定不同接种量和液体培养时间对菌丝生物量的影响.结果表明:将含干菌丝生物量为23.8mg/mL的母液按1%~15%(V/V)的比例接种后,培养60h以上,1%~15%各接种量处理均能产生21mg/mL以上的菌丝生物量.通过逻辑斯蒂生长模型拟合,发现该菌在上述液培条件下的最大菌丝生物量为36.7mg/mL左右.
Effect of amount of initial inoculation on mycelia biomass of Emericella quadriclineata (Thorn & Raper) Bejami Dh was investigated with shaking (100 r/min) culture of potato dextrose fluid at (27±1) ℃ and 12L : 12D. Seed culture containing 23.8 mg dry mycelia per milliliter was used to initiate 50 mL liquid culture at the proportions (V/V) of 1%-15 %. After 60 h of incubation the cultures initiated 1% to 15 % seed culture yielded a mycelial biomass higher than 21 mg/mL. The fitting of the data to Logistic growth model found that Emericella quadriclineata (Thom & Raper) Bejami Dh could produce a maximum biomass of 36. 7 mg/mL at the above regime.
