电针配合刮痧治疗乳腺小叶增生30例

Clinical observation on 30 accrementition of lobuli mammae patients treated by electroacupuncture and scraping

目的:通过对电针配合刮痧对乳腺小叶增生患者临床疗效的观察,探索将电针配合刮痧对乳腺小叶增生疗效的可行性。方法:将90例病人随机分为3组,每组30人;电针刮痧组施以电针配合刮痧,刮痧组只应用刮痧疗法,针灸组用单纯针灸治疗。结果:根据治疗前后临床疗效综合评定,经统计学分析,电针刮痧组与刮痧组、针灸组疗效比较,P<0.01,其差别有统计学意义。结论:电针配合刮痧能有效治疗乳腺小叶增生,减小增生肿块,改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of accrementition of lobuli mammae patients treated by electroacupuncture and scraping, and to explore the feasibility of this therapy. Methods:90 patients were divided into three groups randomly. 30 patients were in each group. Patients in group of electroacupuncture and scraping were treated with electroacupuncture and scraping, patients in group of scraping were treated with scraping only and patients in group of acupuncture were treated with acupuncture only. Results:According to therapeutic effect, analysis with statistics, and comparing with group of scraping and group of acupuncture, there are statistical significances in group of electroacupuncture and scraping(p<0.01). Conclusions:Electroacupuncture and scraping can treat accrementition of lobuli mammae effectively. It can diminish the lump, ameliorate clinical symptom, and elevate the patients’ quality of life.
