Effect of Ambidextrous Organization on Innovation and Its Choice of Route to Implementation

摘要基于组织学习理论和双元型组织观点,提出了探索能力与应用能力的不同组合状态对创新影响的二维矩阵模型,重点分析了双元型组织对企业提高创新绩效和保持未来竞争优势的影响,解决了二维矩阵中企业在不同的行业波动因素下构建双元型组织的路径选择问题,同时提出了路径选择后构建双元型组织的主要方式。 Based organization learning theory and view of ambidextrous organization ,this paper researches the effect of different combination between exploration and exploitation and produces a two-dimension matrix model. We emphasize the ambidextrous organization impact improving performance on innovation and keeping advantage on the future competitions, and solve the problem of the choice of route to implement ambidextrous organization in two-dimension matrix model when enterprise faces different industry-fluctuation. Simultaneously we propose the main measures to implement ambidextrous organization after choosing the route.
