摘要
IJVs在整个联盟的知识转移中处于知识流向的交汇点:一方面要向母公司转移知识,另一方面也要从母公司获取知识。从IJVs的视角,探讨了IJVs从母公司获取知识的过程和层次。知识特性、母公司对IJVs采取的控制以及母公司之间的合作关系是影响IJVs知识获取的主要因素;对知识获取的绩效评价也应该从IJVs和母公司双方的角度来共同衡量。
International Joint Ventures （IJVs） are the points of intersection of two kinds of knowledge flow： on the one hand the parent firms transfer the knowledge to IJVs, on the other hand the parent firms also acquire knowledge from IJVs. This paper will look at the process and hierarchy of knowledge acquisition from parent firms from the perspective of IJVs. The control over the IJVs and cooperation between the parent firms are the main factors that will influence knowledge acquisition of IJVs. We should measure the performance of knowledge acquisition from the perspective of both the parent firms and IJVs.
