摘要
组织学习理论的核心在于强调组织学习活动和能力是企业价值创造的源泉,重点在于从社会资本视角探讨组织学习的社会化过程及其对价值创造的具体影响。认为组织社会资本为组织学习提供了有效的实现机制,适应型社会资本有助于组织利用式学习,而创新型社会资本有利于开发式学习。企业实现价值创造必须以组织学习为导向,强调对两类社会资本的整合与管理。
Theories of organizational learning emphasize the firm's learning activities and ability as the source of value creation. This paper further attempts to explore how social capital affects the process of organizational learning and value creation. We conclude adaptive social capital facilitates exploitative learning, and entrepreneurial social capital makes for exploratory learning. For creating value of the finn we must be oriented by organizational learning and emphasize the integration and management of the two types of social capital.
