摘要
职业动机是职业开发中的一个重要概念,然而有关职业动机的理论却很少。London的职业动机理论是现有的极少数职业动机理论中非常有影响的一个。介绍和评述了该理论的内容,分析了该理论对于人力资源管理和开发的启示作用。
Career motivation is an important concept in career development, however there are few theories especially on this construct. London' theory of career motivation is one of the most influential among the few theories. This paper not only reviewed London's theory but also sharply revealed its implication on human resource management and development.
