摘要
为了研究水泥混凝土路面错台修补技术,用大型有限元软件ANSYS仿真分析新、旧混凝土界面黏结层上的应力状态,并对修补厚度、新补混凝土模量、受力位置等对界面黏结层应力状态的影响进行了分析。结果表明:ANSYS仿真分析可以指导工程实践,丁苯胶乳改性快硬硫铝酸盐水泥混凝土修补错台具有可行性。
In order to research the slab staggering patching of concrete pavement, the stress condition of bonding piles between new concrete pavement and old one is simulated with ANSYS, and the influence between the patching thickness, modulus of new patching concrete , stress position and stress condition of bonding piles are studied. The results show that ANSYS can guide the construction practice and it' s feasible to use styrene butadiene latex modified sulphoalminate concrete patching slab staggering.
