摘要
目的:建立青皮药材中生物碱类成分辛弗林的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,用Inertsil ODS-3(250×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%SDS水(7:4)(水中含0.02%磷酸)为流动相;流速为0.6mL/min;柱温为40℃;检测波长为275nm。结果:辛弗林在0.04～0.64mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为98.6%,RSD =1.05%。结论:该方法专属性好,快速,准确,可用于青皮药材的质量控制。
Objective： To develop an RP- HPLC method for the determination of synephrine in Pericarpium citri reticulatae viride. Methods： The methanol extracts were separated on Inertsil O3S- 3 cohmm eluted at 40℃ with a mixture of methanol-water（ 0.1%SDS, 0.02% acid） （ 7： 4） at flow rate 0.6ml/min. The detection wavelength was at 275nm. Results： The linear range of synephrine was 0.04- 0.64mg/ml.The average recovery rate was 98.6%, RSD was 1.05%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and reliable and it can be used to the quality control of pericarpium cirri reticulatae viride as a quantitive method.
