Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Xiling Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定西羚片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法:采用HPLC法测定盐酸小檗碱含量,选用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液-十二烷基磺酸钠(50:50:0.1g)为流动相;检测波长为265nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱在20～200μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.93%,RSD=0.973%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于西羚片的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of berberine hydrochloride in Xiling Tablets. Methods： HPLC was performed on C18 column, the mobile phase consisting of acetomtrile - 0.1% Phosphoric acid-Soditnn dodecyl sulfon- ate（ 50： 50： 0. lg）and detection wavelength at 265nm. Results： The linearity of berberine hydrochloride was good in the range of 20-200ug/ml（ r= 0.9999）, and the average recovery was 98.93%, RSD= 0.973%（n= 6）. Conclusion： This method was simple, sensitive and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Xiling Tablets.
