HPLC法测定抗骨增生片中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of Icariine Content in Kangu Zhengshen Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立抗骨增生片中淫羊藿的高效液相色谱(HPLC)含量测定方法。方法:采用Agilent 1100高效液相色谱仪;流动相:乙腈-水(30:70);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长为270nm。结果:淫羊藿苷在0.01702mg～1.702mg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.41%,RSD为1.91%(n=9)。结论:该法操作简便、结果准确、专属性强。

Objective： To establish a method of HPLC for determining the icariine in Kangguzengsbeng tablet. Methods： Agilent Hypersil-ODS-C18 （250mm× 4.0mm, 5μm） was used, the mobile phase consisted of Acetontrilr- H2O（30： 70）. The flow rate was 1.0mL/min. The detecting wave length was at 270 nm. Results：The method was linear with the range of 0.01702ng- 1.702ng for Icariine （r = 0.9999）. The average recovery was 100.41%. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and be applied to the quality control of Icariin in Kangguzeogsheng tablet.
