目的:测定苦参碱栓中苦参碱的含量。方法:采用滴定法检测。结果:苦参碱的平均回收率为100.22%,RSD=0.69%,n=6。结论:本方法操作简便、结果准确,回收率高、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective： To determine the content of matrine in matrine suppositories.Methods：Titrimetric analysis was performed to determine the content of matrine.Results： The average recovery was100.22%, RSD was 0.69%, n was 6. Conclusion： This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and available for control of the suppository.
