摘要
目的:测定中药保健品中D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐的含量。方法:利用盐酸氨基葡萄糖具Elson-Morgan反应,在525nm波长处测定其吸收值,与标准品比较定量。结果:D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐含量在12μg/ml～32μg/ml浓度范围内,呈良好线性关系,r=0.9993,平均回收率99.13%。结论:该方法灵敏、准确、简便,可供含中药成分保健食品中D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐的含量测定。
Objective： To develop a method to determination of the content of Glucosamie hydrochloride in health foods which contain traditional Chinese medicine.Methods： Glucosamie hydrochloride has the Elson-Morgan reaction, determine the absorbance in 525nm, to compare to standard.Results： There was a good linear relationship between 12μg/ml -32μg/ml, r=0.9993, The average recovery was 99.13%. Conclusion：The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is applied to determination of the content of Glucosamie hydrochloride in health foods which contain traditional Chinese medicine.
