Purification Method of Rencombinate Human Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor

目的:建立G-CSF的纯化方法。方法:对包涵体进行有效洗涤,采用疏水层析进行纯化。结果:包涵体纯度大于70%,产品反向纯度大于95%,电泳纯度大于98%。结论:所建立的G-CSF的纯化方法简便可行,适用于工业化生产。

Objective： To establish purification method of G-CSF.Methods： Wash inclusion body effectivty, use Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography to carry on the purification. Results： The purification of inclusion body is over 70%, reverse purity of the product is over 95%, purity of the product in SDS-PAGE is over 98%. Conclusion： Establishes the purification method of G-CSF is easily and feasible, is suitable in the industrialization production.
