注射用金森脑泰中三七总皂苷的制备工艺研究

Study on Preparation of Panax Notoginseng Saponins(PNS)of Jinsennaotai for Injection

目的:优选注射用金森脑泰中三七总皂苷的制备工艺。方法:以三七药材中三七总皂替的得率作为评价指标,考察不同试验条件对有效成分的影响,对制备工艺进行优化。结果:确定了注射用金森脑泰中三七总皂苷的最佳制备工艺。结论:以优化的制备工艺提取的有效成分得率较高,有利于大生产。

Objective： To optimize the preparation of PiNS of Jinsennaotai for Injection. Methods： Yield of PNS in Radix notoginseng were taken as evaluating markers. To survey different test condition effect on effective composition, optimizing preparation of processes of PNS of Jinsennaotai for Injection. Results： To establish an optimal preparation of processes of Jinsennaotai for Injection. Conclusion： Products can be obtained with this process which is simple and easy to scale up.
