摘要 提出了在CATIA平台上将人体工程学应用到船舶动力装置虚拟设计环境中的实现方案,研讨了其关键技术.以某船的动力装置设计为实例探讨了具体实现方法:构建了虚拟机舱,在CATIA环境中建立了中国成人数据库,并将人体模型导入到虚拟机舱中,进行了人体姿势分析、视野分析和人体行为分析. Ergonomics is creatively applied in virtual design of marine power plant when "human centered" is popular in modern design. The project of applying ergonomics to the design of the marine power plant based on CATIA is brought forward in this paper. And the key technology of the project is discussed. Meanwhile, according to the design of certain marine power plant, the concrete method is discussed: A virtual engineroom is built; And a chinese adult anthropometry database is created in the CATIA environment; Furthermore, the digital human is placed in the virtual engineroom, and the posture analysis, the visual field analysis as well as the activity analysis are carried out. And it could be used as a reference to the modern design of marine power plant.
