Erection Technique of 1000 kV Frame in Ultrahigh Voltage Jingmen Substation

介绍了荆门变电站1000 kV构架安装工艺,主要包括构架柱的组立、横梁组装及吊装。其中,构架柱采用地面组装,单节或多节起重机整体的组立方式;钢梁采用地面组装和250 t履带式起重机整体吊装的方式。

The erection-of 1 000 kV frame in Jingmen substation is introduced,mainly including the standing of the truss bar and the assembly and hoisting of the beam. Field assembly and uninodal or nodous hoisting is adopted on the standing method of the truss bar while field assembly and integral hoisting are accepted on the standing method of the steel beam. The difficulty of hoisting in this article includes the accuracy control on standing of the truss bar and the accurate assembly of the steel beam.
