摘要
1000 kV特高压交流试验基地单回路直线塔为ZM1型猫头塔,塔头主要特点是构件组合空间大、下曲臂和下横担的重量大,结构上不容易分片吊装,分段吊装的重量达4.6 t,吊装难度较大。根据该塔结构特点,设计并使用中心悬浮外落地拉线的□800 mm×800 mm×40 m钢格构抱杆进行该型塔的组装。
The single circuit straight line tower of the AC ultrahigh voltage testing base is the type of ZM1 cat head tower. The main feature of top - hamper is to need a large space for components assembly. The heaviness of the bottom and Fork （ ＂K＂ frame） and cross arm causes the difficulty on lifting with structured separa- tion. The weight of their least separable part is 4.6 tons,which brings a lot of difficulty for lifting. According to the feature of tower structure,an external centre suspended to ground stay and an embraced bar,with 800 mm × 800 mm ×40 m,are designed and used for assembling and erecting this type tower.
