摘要
近几年公共安全事故频发,造成的社会危害巨大。根据湖北电网的现状,结合2008年初的冰雪灾害,总结湖北电网企业的超前防范和应急抢险的主要做法,提出建设坚强电网的思路。
The public safety accident often occurred in recent years and caused enormans social harm. According to the present situation of Hubei power grid, combined with the ice and snow disaster in the early 2008, the main way of the advanced preventives and the emergency rescue was summarized. The thinking of constructing a strong power grid was put forward.
