摘要 某超临界锅炉运行中存在低温再热器管壁超温、减温水量大、飞灰含碳量高等问题,通过制粉系统及燃烧调整,运用试验工况数据对超温的原因进行分析,指出二次风配风方式、各磨入口一次风量、运行氧量及燃烧器风粉均匀性对炉内燃烧工况的影响,是控制低温再热器超温的主要因素。 During the operation of supercritical boiler, the low temperature reheater tube wall was overtemperature. A lot of cooling water was needed. The fly ash contained a great quantity of carbon. Through the adjustment of pulverizing system and combustion,with the data of running test condition, the cause of overtemperature was made technical analysis which indicated that the auxiliary air distribution mode,the primary input air quantity, oxygen content and the even distribution of air and powder in the combustion work condition were the main factors which controlled the over temperature of low temperature reheater.
